Huebricks provides YouTube Automation services, including but not limited to:
- YouTube channel strategy and setup
- Content production (scripting, voiceover, video editing, thumbnails)
- Channel management and optimization
- Growth consulting and monetization guidance
- Client success management via Slack
Our services are designed to help clients build, grow, and monetize YouTube channels through a fully managed content creation process.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
4. User Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Respect intellectual property rights
- Not use our services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- Not interfere with or disrupt the operation of our services
- Review and approve all content before it is published to your YouTube channel
You are solely responsible for the content published to your YouTube channel and for ensuring compliance with YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
5. Service Timeline and Results
While we provide estimated timelines for channel growth and monetization (typically 4-6 months to reach YouTube Partner Program eligibility), we do not guarantee specific results, subscriber counts, view counts, or revenue amounts.
Results vary based on factors including but not limited to:
- Niche selection and competition
- Content quality and consistency
- YouTube algorithm behavior
- Audience engagement and trends
- External market conditions
We commit to delivering high-quality content production services and strategic guidance, but ultimate performance is subject to factors outside of our control.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms, pricing, and service packages will be outlined in your service agreement. By purchasing our services, you agree to:
- Pay all fees as specified in your service agreement
- Provide valid payment information
- Pay any applicable taxes
Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in your service agreement or as required by law. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with reasonable notice.
7. Intellectual Property
Our Intellectual Property
The Huebricks website, logo, branding, content, and all materials we create are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without our express written permission.
Content Ownership
Upon full payment for services rendered, you own the final video content, thumbnails, and materials we create for your YouTube channel. However, we retain the right to:
- Showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials
- Use anonymized case study data for promotional purposes
- Reference our work with your channel as a testimonial (with your approval)
Your Channel
You retain all ownership rights to your YouTube channel and account. We do not claim ownership of your channel, revenue, or subscriber base.
8. Third-Party Services
Our services integrate with third-party platforms including YouTube, Slack, VidIQ, and others. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for:
- Changes to third-party platform policies or algorithms
- Service interruptions or changes to third-party platforms
- Actions taken by third-party platforms regarding your account
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, subscriber counts, or revenue amounts.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HUEBRICKS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR OUR SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Huebricks, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the agreement. Upon termination:
- You remain responsible for any outstanding fees
- We will deliver all completed work to date
- Access to our Slack workspace and support will be revoked
- You retain ownership of all content created and paid for
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive behavior.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation between the parties
- If negotiation fails, binding arbitration in Sheridan, Wyoming
You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any service agreement you enter into with us, constitute the entire agreement between you and Huebricks regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
